Our purchasing requirement is listed as follows.

For semi grade silicon materials ,we want broken&complete silicon wafers and silicon ingots,top&tail,pot scrap.we need p type,no film,no pattern,no quartz.,the reisistivity should above 0.5ohm cm. As the solar grade silicon material, they are mono/poly crystalline 125*125mm and 156*156mm size solar wafer and solar ingot,.the surface should be no contamination.
